High Scalability



Unlike other TAPI based solutions there is no TAPI required with AND Desktop and the whole communication of clients is handled by the AND Phone Application Server. Therefore just one communication channel is required to the Unified CallManager, offering highest scalability and less impact on the call processing environment.
