Remote Control ist eine Funktion welche bei jeder AND Phone Installation automatisch beinhaltet ist und eine grosse Erleichterung für Administratoren des Unified Communications Systems bietet. Mit Hilfe von Remote Control kann der Administrator direkt auf der AND Phone Weboberfläche den Bildschirm eines beliebigen IP Phones betrachten. Dazu gibt der Administrator die IP Adresse des IP Telefons ein und bekommt den Bildschirm des Telefons als Grafik dargestellt.

Speziell beim Troubleshooting oder für Supportaufgaben gibt diese Funktion dem Administrator die Möglichkeit jederzeit exakt zu sehen wie der Telefonbildschirm beim Benutzer derzeit aussieht.
